Tina spent over 30 years working in a Japanese jewellery company and became a GIA Graduate Gemologist more than a decade ago. After moving to Sydney in 2024, she began exploring new interests, including floristry and natural living. Through personal use and research, Tina developed a strong interest in natural skincare and aromatherapy, and she is now creating simple, gentle products inspired by nature and everyday well-being.

What inspired you to start your own business, and how has your journey shaped your personal and professional growth?

How do you balance personal well-being with the demands of running a business, and what strategies work best for you?

I try to keep things simple and balanced. I remind myself to move at a steady pace instead of rushing.

What advice would you give to other women seeking to start their own businesses or take their current ventures to the next level?

Start from your interests and don’t wait for perfection; it doesn’t exist! You’ll learn more by doing than by planning.
