Bio

Vincenza knew from the age of 6 she wanted to help people and in 1999 the doors opened up to studying Aromatherapy, Meditation and all things psychic. This led her to creating her business as a Psychic Medium, Holistic Energy Healer, Psychic Nutritionist and Teacher of the Psychic Language. She is also the creator of the AromaBlend Collection. Essential oil blends, blended and Blessed with intention. Vincenza's philosophy is to show people that there is a different way of living, through healing. Oh, and she loves time with family, friends, good food and crochet.

What inspired you to start your own business, and how has your journey shaped your personal and professional growth?

Initially my own health journey through chronic pain and an auto-immune condition that has no cure. Essential oils where the first thing that made a difference. And going through a devastating friendship betrayal that emotionally devastating me. Meditation and within this meditation class I learnt about the spirit world, healing and becoming psychic. It gave me my oxygen and I wanted to share this with others, so I left the accounting world and began my healing centre. Along the way also studied Breathwork, Touch for Health, Inner Child work, Past Life Healing and became a Nutritionist.

How do you balance personal well-being with the demands of running a business, and what strategies work best for you?

Mine is a daily routine of meditation, walks when I'm able, talking to and going out with family and friends, binge watching TV, crocheting and I know this is business related, but blending my essential oil blends centres me.

What advice would you give to other women seeking to start their own businesses or take their current ventures to the next level?

Research, build your resources, talk to other self-employed woman for advice and trust your qualifications in your line of work. You are the expert in your field

What is your go-to word, and what does it mean to you?

Embrace Life a teaspoonful at a time.
