Leanne is passion for natural therapies led me to train an aromatherapist and holistic counsellor. She love supporting women to reduce stress, manage health conditions and much-needed self-care.

Foot reflexology uses moderate pressure on specific points of the feet, hands, and face, corresponding to various organs and body parts. There are around 200,000 nerves in the foot, 26 bones and may muscles. After breaking my ankle four years ago, Leanne found that reflexology significantly aided my recovery.

Denise Wong is the Founder and Owner of Dee Designs Gifting, specialising in skincare, make-up, and personal and corporate gifting. With over 12 years of experience in merchant banking, accounting, tax, and office management, and an impressive 28 years managing a beauty business, Denise has honed her expertise in both the finance and beauty industries.

Denise is a 20-year survivor of advanced cancer and will be sharing her inspiring journey at the Cancer Council's Biggest Morning Tea event. As a survivor, she offers a unique perspective on enduring cancer treatment and its impact on herself, her family, and close friends. Denise's message is one of hope and encouragement, aiming to inspire the audience to support the fundraiser to aid current and future cancer patients.

In addition to her survival story, Denise is a severe eczema sufferer and is passionate about helping others with their skin, especially those affected by cancer treatment. With 40 years of work and business experience, managing up to 400 people, Denise brings a wealth of knowledge and empathy to her speaking engagements.

Denise has previously spoken at several cancer fundraising events, contributing not only as a speaker but also in the fundraising efforts. Her dedication to assisting people with skincare and her commitment to cancer support make her a powerful advocate and speaker at this important event.

Alanna Silato is the founder of Restore and Rebalance. Alanna is a compassionate and intuitive energy healer committed to helping individuals achieve balance and harmony in their lives. With a diverse background in modalities such as Kinesiology, Chakra & Aura Balancing, Kinergetics, Access Consciousness, Tapping, and Hypnotherapy, Alanna offers a holistic approach to healing that addresses the mind, body, and spirit.

Dianne had many years in the corporate world, eventually leading to a stress breakdown. After a lot of soul searching she started Team Di – a fitness group embracing “normal” people with a focus on inclusive classes, personalised adjustments as required and a fun environment. MOVEMENT is key to wellbeing and the mental and emotional benefits of exercise are second to none, part of the key for my recovery was exercise! Plus, if it’s fun you’re more likely to keep your fitness journey going! Beginners are embraced and there are options for every level. Intensity can always be increased for those who need it! Challenges, community, charity and social events regularly feature on our calendar and form part of our “feel good” wellness mentality. Classes are currently held in Wentworth Point and Newington, however she often venture as far as Leichhardt or Hornsby to take classes! Personal training is also available.
